Natalia has unique expertise in securing planning permissions, even in the most challenging situations. In this project she successfully navigated the complex process of obtaining permission for modifications to a Grade II listed building, constructed in 1897 with original sash windows.

The flat's owner needed access to the roof via a door instead of the existing window and sought Natalia's help to install a French door. Natalia produced detailed drawings, liaised with local authorities, and successfully secured the planning permission for the modification. Additionally, she oversaw a complete renovation of the kitchen, enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetic of the space.
