Permitted Development Project

You'll need to submit drawings for your council to consider.  You can usually expect to receive your certificate within 8-10 weeks. You'll need: Drawings of the existing building – Showing what the property looks like before work starts.

Drawings of the proposed building – Showing what the property will look like with the new extension.

Site Plan and Location Plan – So the council can find your property on a map and check what regs apply in your area.
